    Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner Vasco. We're processing your order within 24 hours. In the Netherlands, you are likely to receive your order the working day after shipment. For all the foreign orders, please check out the table below for specific shipping rates and delivery times. You can also keep an eye on your mailbox: you'll be informed step by step about your delivery.

Please note: once your package has left Vasco and is out of our hands, we can not be held responsible for the exact delivery time. This is due to unexpected delays at the shipping companies to whom we have transferred your DOGGUO items.

    Want to return a product? You can. You have 14 days from the shipping date to request a return. We don't cover return costs. Your refund will automatically be credited to the original form of payment that you’ve used to make the purchase.

Here's how returning works

To request a return, please register your return here and follow the steps in our return process.

As soon as we have received the item(s), the item(s) will go through a quality control check.

Once the return has been accepted, all succesfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated.
