Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner PakkettenFabriek. We're processing your order within 24 hours. In the Netherlands, you are likely to receive your order the working day after shipment. For all the foreign orders, please check out the table below for specific shipping rates and delivery times. You can also keep an eye on your mailbox: you'll be informed step by step about your delivery.
Please note: once your package has left PakkettenFabriek and is out of our hands, we can not be held responsible for the exact delivery time. This is due to unexpected delays at the shipping companies to whom we have transferred your Ateljé goodies.
Fun sustainable fact! Most of our shipments in NL are delivered by bike!

RETURNS
Want to return a product? You can. You have 14 days from the shipping date to request a return. We don't cover return costs. Your refund will automatically be credited to the original form of payment that you’ve used to make the purchase.
Here's how returning works
Step 1: Fill in the return form and pack the items (undamaged and unworn) in original packaging.
Step 2: Note the return adress on the parcel. Zuiderkerkplein 1A, 1601 HK Enkhuizen.
Step 3: Return the parcel within 14 working days trough any post office near you. Note that the original box can be send back as letterbox package.
Step 4: We will process your return within 14 days after receiving. We will refund your money, with the payment method you have used.
