SHIPPING
We're processing your order within 24 hours. In the Netherlands, you are likely to receive your order within 1-2 working days. For all the foreign orders, the shipping will be calculated at the check-out. For delivery times, you can also keep an eye on your mailbox: you'll be informed step by step about your delivery.
Please note: once your package has left our DC and is out of our hands, we can not be held responsible for the exact delivery time. This is due to unexpected delays at the shipping companies to whom we have transferred your DOGGUO items.

CUSTOMS
In some cases, customs/import duties are charged once the parcel enters its destination country. DOGGUO takes care of the shipment, but not of the possible additional expenses.
DOGGUO has no control over these charges and cannot give more information about the additional cost. We’d suggest to contact your local customs office for more information on the current rules, so you won’t be surprised by unexpected fees.
Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at the time of purchase. Orders with unpaid duties returned to the Netherlands will incur a 15% restocking fee unless otherwise discussed.
RETURN
Want to return a product? You can. You have 14 days from the shipping date to return your items. We don't cover return costs.
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns if the order is sent back incomplete. DOGGUO has the right to refuse returned articles if they are not returned in brand new condition.
Exchange isn't possible. If you ordered the wrong product, please return (see steps below) and place a new order.
Tip: double check beforehand if you've ordered the right size and item. Once an order is placed, our handling company almost instantly starts packing it for you.
RETURNING
To request a return, please register your return here and follow the steps in our return process.
As soon as we have received the item(s), the item(s) will go through a quality control check.
Once the return has been accepted, all succesfully returned items will be credited to the payment card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund has been initiated.
